On Tuesday 30 September, many gathered to celebrate the institution of The Revd Canon Katherine Bagnall as the new Archdeacon of Sunderland.
The Acting Bishop of Durham, the Right Reverend Sarah Clark, is pleased to announce that the following people have been appointed as Honorary Canons of Durham Cathedral.

An 18-year-old musician, who started his journey aged ten as apprentice organist at St. Mary's Gainford, has been awarded a prestigious scholarship at St. David’s Cathedral in Wales.
